FIRST Season Kickoff Information

Below is the basic information that all members of the Robotics Team will need to know before attending the FIRST Season Kickoff at Grand Valley State University on Saturday September 8th. Please comment below or contact Mr. Claus for any questions.

• Who: DKMS Robotics Team - Team C.A.T.
• What: FIRST Season Kickoff
• Where: G.V.S.U. Downtown Campus - Eberhard Center and Kennedy Engineering Buildings

• When: Saturday September 8, 2017 from 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Why: FTC season kickoff will be on Saturday, Sept. 8th which is when the new game ​Rover Ruckus will be fully revealed. Kickoff events are being hosted around the state. These events provide a great chance to network with area teams, pick up some new skills, hone some old ones, and see the season's game up close and personal!

Additional Information: 

• Lunch is not provided, breakout rooms available after reveal upon request and you can have food delivered at that time.
• Students may be left at the site as long as drop off and pick up arrangements have been made as well as the understanding that all students will stay with the team and under the primary supervision of Mr. Claus (ALL SCHOOL RULES WILL APPLY WHILE ON SITE).
